On Wednesday, March 3, 2010, shortly after 6:00 pm, Arcadia Police Officers were called to the CVS Pharmacy located at 1401 South Baldwin Avenue, Arcadia, on report of a male suspect photographing female customer’s undergarments. A female Asian in her twenties was shopping inside CVS when she felt something brush against the back of her leg. When Officers arrived, they detained WONG outside the store.

Evidence of the suspect indeed taking photographs of the victim from underneath her skirt was found in the camera.
