Our very own Jim and Margaret Barrows were recently named Senior Citizens of the Year in Arcadia. Jim and Margaret are long-time volunteers with the Arcadia Police Department, participating in our patrol services (VIPS) program, as well as offering their help in many other areas of the Department.
