Reserve Officer Jack Orswell Retires

Our Reserve Police Officer Program recognized Reserve Officer Jack Orswell for his 20-years of service to the City and Police Department during a dinner held last week.  Jack recently retired from the program in January.

During Jack's participation in the Reserve Program, he worked uniformed patrol and a variety of special details for the Department.  Most notably, Jack was instrumental in working with our Massage Therapist Task Force and Adult Performer enforcement and licensing, conducting backgrounds and follow-up, saving countless hours for our detectives.

Police Chief Bob Guthrie (above right) presented Jack (above left) with a service plaque and offered a heartfelt thanks on behalf of all of us at the Department.
