From time to time, you may notice someone in your neighborhood who seems out of place or who is doing something out of the ordinary. We have fielded calls of persons photographing houses, picking fruit from a tree, walking across a lawn, or simply parked in front of a home for no apparent reason. The majority of the time, the activity of the individual is legitimate or innocent, however, please do call us when you are suspicious or concerned about someone's activity. There is a homeless camp between Albertsons and 314 E Live Oak Ave for 5 months. They are hoarding all sorts of garbage and using the drainage ditch as a latrine. They have no legal purpose to be back there. In fact there are 7 transients living within one block of the County Mental Heath Services office at Farna and Live Oak. I want to work with you to clean this up.
