Incident: PC 459-Burglary and PC 245-Assault with a
Deadly Weapon
Date and Time of Occurrence: December 10, 2015 at 1:09 AM
On December 10, 2015, at
approximately 1:09 A.M. Arcadia Police Officers were dispatched to the 1900
block of South Tulip Lane regarding an assault with a deadly weapon that had
just occurred. Preliminary investigation
indicates that the suspects forced entry into the residence to commit a
residential burglary. A male resident
was woken up by the suspects striking him in the head with an unknown object
before fleeing the location.
The victim was transported to a
local hospital with serious injuries.
The suspects were both described
as males, wearing dark clothing and masks, armed with unknown type handguns.
The loss is undetermined at this
time.
The case is currently under
